Rumor: Referral schedule is on track this month

Encouraging words from Beijing -- China representatives from one of the powerhouse agencies say that referrals will not be delayed due to recent CCAA vacation time. They don't add anything about a cut-off date, however, so it's still anyone's guess how many LID dates will be included this time around.

For the CCAA to get referrals in our hands by the end of the month (Thurs Aug 31), they'll need to get them in the mail no later than Friday Aug 25 (it takes 2-4 business days for delivery).
