I saw this quote on Johnny's blog today and thought it was wildly appropriate for rumorland. Here, judge for yourself, could anything BE more fitting when it comes to rumors of referrals, delays, speedups, TAs, and changes in policy?:

No news over the weekend, so we're still waiting to hear about the next round of referrals. Could they be mailed this week...? Hoping, hoping, hoping... Will they go back to "normal" referral delivery around the 25th/26th this month or will they just barely make the August cutoff with delivery on the 31st like they did last month? I wonder how you say "by the skin of your teeth" in Chinese?

it is interesting that there are still no rumors about the cut off or when referrals will be sent. Of course you remember that last August there were no referrals. I am so hoping they come soon and that there are lots of them!
