Fact: Meg Ryan will be on Oprah tomorrow, Mar 1st
No word on whether she'll discuss her recent adoption experience, but a preview for the segment did show a picture of her daughter.
Correction*: Actress Lucy Liu who was in Charlie's Angels (not Actress Lisa Ling who hosted the National Geographic film "China's Lost Girls,") will also be on the show. There was confusion about this on the Yahoo adoption boards, but the Oprah web site confirms that the second guest is indeed Lucy Liu.

Oprah's site says Lucy Liu, not Lisa Ling. Someone in the National Geog. video you referenced confused the two of them also (one of the adoptive fathers). The photo on Oprah's site is of Lucy Liu. Not sure if there is a faux pas , or whose faux pas it is.
