Fact: Great Wall Stork Alert
Just posted moments ago on the May DTC Yahoo board: a STORK ALERT has been issued by Great Wall China Adoption agency (GWCA). This means that referrals have been mailed from CCAA.
The email from GWCA allegedly says they will get 90 referrals going only through 5/17. (Note that Great Wall does not have any other LIDs until 5/31, so this is not clearly indicative of the cutoff date.)
